Shipping and Delivery

WHEN WILL YOU FULFILL MY ITEMS?

  • Fulfillment is not the same as shipping. Fulfillment refers to the period for processing and preparing orders from available stock and/or by manufacturing them depending on the product type as explained in next points.
  • All items are subject to the fulfillment process before they are shipped. 
  • The date and time of fulfillment  are clearly defined by the timer shown on the product page.
  • The fulfillment period varies depending on the product type. (usually takes 2-3 days)
  • We will notify by email when your order has entered the fulfillment process . (email will say: Your order [number here] has entered fulfillment).

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

  • All items are shipped right after the fulfillment period is over.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have shipped and the tracking information is available (email will say: Shipping update for order [number here]).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

  • After getting the Shipping Confirmation email, please see table below for exact delivery time frames.
  1. US : 20 - 30 days
  2. International : 30 - 45 days (depending on countries and situation of nCOv in current country)
  • *In rare occasions these estimates might be a little longer due to shipping carrier delays or customs retention. 
  • Since those situations are out of our control they fall out of our shipping policy. You understand that our policies must be clear cause not every customer is as cool and chill out as you are, right? But be assured that we will always support you ALL THE WAY, no matter what. Just in case you’re wondering if we are some emotionless policy blinded corporation, cause we are not.
